Take the car to a Quality reapir shop ! you are wasting time and money throwing parts at it and guessing whats wrong . ! Have it diagnoised , should cost hour hour and half labor . Scan tool will work on this car ,,but from what I read ,,whoever is working on it has no clue about scan tools or even basic diagnoisis . 1st: Fuel pressure test "with a good gauge " ! whats pressure, does it hold pressure after key is shut off ? If not check fuel regulator .
2nd : hook up scan tool , look at MAP sensor ? Check for vac leaks , sticking egr ? intake leak any codes ?
3rd TAP test on ECM ,they are know for bad boards and solder joints . If car coughs or misses while tapping on ecm ,it's bad,,yes,,even if it's right out of the box !
