People that think North Dakota is a midwest state do not know what they are talking about. It is an upper plains state and definately part of the west. Culture, economics, location ect. everything makes it a western state. I am not from the midwest. Carter did cut the number of federal employees, along with water projects in the western states. That upset the congressmen from those states. I understand you get your feeling hurt when you are wrong and someone corrects you . It is also clear you like to call people names when your feelings are hurt. Do you really blame Carter for Cambodia ? Do you think we were ready for anouther ground war in SE Asia?
