Thanks folks! I followed the advice given using the hair dryer. There was no water in the cylinder and the plug was dry. No water in oiler nor the gas tank, but drained and dried them anyways. Lots of water around the carb so I dried that and the chain area. New oil and gas and about 6 pulls of the rope and there's life back in the beast! So now I'm ready to go back out, a little wiser, a bit slower, and with a clean looking machine. Thanks again
