Dick: A Florida hot rod supply catalog from"Hot Rod And Custom Supply", phone 941-574-7744 has a wide belt pulley for Delco alternators. Part #8103, aluminum is $20, and part #8104. higly polished aluminum, is $25. They are actually made for flathead Fords with modern alternators, they work fine for what you are doing..
