I haven't been there in several years, I went 5 or 6 times a year for 10 years. Fascinating crowd, everything from junk dealers who looked like they were homeless to millionares. I think the high price of scrap metal took a lot of older stuff out of the market, and high fuel prices made moving it very far too costly. I had heard that the owners were getting tough with people bringing things in - they used to let it sit longer, now they want everything to generate cash, right now.
