Hay guys if you want a real supprise type in API OIL STANDARDS. ALL the current standards are for 1995 and newer engins. So if you have an older engin than 1995 you will have a hard time finding the right oil now.If you like me I need straight 40 weight for an older diesel and cant find any, the only thing that comes close is EXON XD 40 will keep the oil pressure up, Rotella 40 ran 15 min, had to shut it off, down to 10 psi oil pressure, 1 week later found the Exon oil changed it now it will run a day in 90 deger heat and keep 50 psi, everyone is having the same problem. If you have older equipment you will have to do some looking, and help from all of our brother farmers out there.
