IH Cub 782 won't start in cold

I have a Cub 782 that won't start in the cold. The starter cranks, but engine doesn't fire up. I have replaced spark plugs, points & filters. All fluids, (including gas :-) ), are at the proper levels. Battery is charged, & I've tried using a boost to start it with no luck. Last winter, I had to put a warming lamp on it for 1/2 hour, but that hasn't worked either.
