Nothing more eye-opening then seeing a family of skunks get snipped with the swather and the reel plus auger just flips the carcases up in the air to fall in your face or lap of a 800 JD swather. The only good thought was I wonder how bad the customers combine will stink when it hits this mess. I smelled so bad the helper brought out clothes,tomato juice and a 12 pac with a note at the end of the field. I ain't giving you a ride home in my pickup!. lol Hitchhiking didn't work either. I ended up sitting in the box of a old pickup for the trip home. Nowadays there is a combination of tomato juice,hydrogen peroxide, and something else that works pretty good.
