That is odd, I know that agency OGS D&C very well, and dept of corrections (DOCS), what in heck are they doing with sileage is an interesting question. I know Dannemora (Clinton Correctional Facility) used to farm on the premises, way back when, but have never heard of this at any of their facilities.
At first glance, it looked like one of the bunkers I was at recently, hauled a load of some left over/recycled feed out to one of the bosses of this large dairy operation north of here. Then again, a lot of them look just like that, well the lower bunker they have is huge, I've got photos of it, just dwarf's the tandem truck.
NYS has a corrections division, CORCRAFT, have to wonder if it is one of those programs or similar. Never thought I'd see sileage up for auction, news to me !
