I have an International W6 that loses all its power when it warms up. A couple of years ago I had a ring job done, the valves were reconditioned, and the head gasket replaced. I just cleaned the spark plugs which are like new, and I properly cleaned the points also. I also changed the gas and put in good high-test gas. The tractor has always run really good and we just use it for hay on our hobby farm. When I start it cold it has lots of power and it can go full throttle. When it warms up it idles ok at low throttle but I can't increase the throttle - it just wants to sputter and die. If I give it a bit of the choke it seems to help but only for a bit. It is not overheating. The rad is good and so is the oil level. The oil is clean and does not have gas or rad fluid mixed in it. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong ?
