first of all, you may want to get a massey tractor. a nearly new one. but if you insist. this time you have a hole in your float. a small hole in the float inside the carberator. the float acts like the float inside the tolet. it has a hole in the float and gass is filling up the float. you need a carburator kit and make darn sure they change out the float. when the float floats, gas comes into the carburator. if the float fills up with gas, it sinks and the gas is shut off.
