After you try to crank it, is the spark plug wet from excess fuel? You may have a needle/seat/float problem. If the plug is dry after you try to crank it, take out the air filter element and see if it will hit, if it does you have a carb or choke problem. The choke actuator is the small lever on the left side of the handlebars next to the grip.Be sure to cut off the fuel after each use with the cutoff valve located under the front-left of the fuel tank.
