I have had ostrich meat that was made into jerky. A local butcher shop still sells the ostrich jerky, here in Southern Minnesota. I thought it was awesome. It was seasoned meat though. I haven't had ostrich any other way. I would definitely try the meat if I had the opputunity. Kow Farmer
