WHY DO I GET SO MUCH JUNK E-MAIL ????

I'm sure I'm not the only one who is continually receiving all sorts of unwanted advertising, most of them "Get Rich" schemes, etc. I never open them, just delete and they disappear. But I'm wondering, where do these guys get my email address from? Do they get it from this site? It's the only place (other than my personal contacts) that I ever leave my email address. In any case, I wish they'd go away, I find them quite annoying. Any ideas ????
