Wow, some of you guys must have a different system than mine. I pump mine every year or so. I don't want my drain field to fill up, that would be very expensive to repair. I am also afraid if repairs are needed I would be required to put in a new system. If the system is 5-10 years old it is probably out dated, regulations change yearly it seems. It is just good insurance to pump it yearly. Brian(MN)
