I don't think your representative is going to seriously consider your suggestion to summarily execute unarmed prisoners. That letter is going straight into the "kooks" file. Might get you on the FBI's radar, though, if you persist in sending similar letters.
We don't like it when our citizens are executed by al-Qaida and similar groups. But it doesn't put us on very high ground if we do the same.
