Rusted Radiator Clamp

Is there an easy way to remove a rad clamp that is rusted and the slot for the screwdriver is rounded out. I can just get vise grips on it but it won't turn. I have sprayed liquid wrench and WD40...still won't give.Its the lower hose running cold on a FORD 3000 diesel. I messed around for an hour and still don't have it off; luckily I had room for another clamp to stop the leak but some day its got to come off. (Not much room to drill either). Need creative solution. Thanks.
