IA Gary, I am no expert but I understand that decafinated coffee is a better route. I now drink the ocassional green tea for breakfast. Going by prostate care guide coffee, tea, alcohol ,cheese and meat are all irritants to the prostate, however in moderstion they don't necessarily cause a problem. I can see excessive cofffee and alcohol..had a discussion here a while back where some guys drank up to 30 cups of coffee in a day..that'd hurt.
