Sounds like the Gov has found another way to pi$$$$ away OUR TAX DOLLARS. What's next? How about the Gov buy every homeowner their own windmill. That sounds like a great idea. Everybody will use less electicity. Or, how about our good comrades in the Gov buy everybody a horse and buggy? Then we won't be using that nasty gasoline to get to work (If you still have a job). OR, how about the Gov taking remote control of our thermostats in our houses? Wow, think of all the energy we could save then. HEY SHEEEP wake up for you subsidised appliances.
