International 2400A hydrualics

I have a International 2400A with a 3 cylinder diesel that I don't know much about. When the tractor is first started the hydrualics work fine but soon they start getting weak (both lift and power steering). I don't know where to find the fluid screen. Any help would be great. THANKS P.S. IF anyone knows any details like HP/years made/ect please let me know.
