Well Yes...Obviously they are a toy :) But it is hard to argue with 50+ years of history and use that the 8N's have seen. My 8N can pull wagons, run a 5 foot 'hog', plough, disc, grade, plow snow, snake logs and do any or all of these all day long and come back for more the next day. Would live PTO and hydraulics be nice?...Yup... Do I need them on a tractor?...Nope... Just because the N's are not the worlds 'best' choice for a rotovator or as a loader, does not mean that they can't do a host of other chores around any farm. Making a blanket statement like: "really not much good for anything", is not only incorrect, it is just plain silly...
