Hey wondering if anyone has any specific details on how to hook up my new alternator, battery, and resistor for my MH44 12 volt conversion from 6 volt.
I have the brackets almost done to mount the alternator, but want to be sure where to connect the resistor at the existing 6 volt coil, how/where to connect up the single conductor wire from the alternator, what to do with the existing voltage regulator, ammeter, and of course, new 12 volt battery polarity (positive, negative cable connections).
If anyone has some specific, all inclusive directions or diagrams, I"d appreciate a reply either here or to my email at dbmacdon@msn.com.
