What the heck is TA or T/A

I've noticed this abbreviation on occasion during someone's comments about their tractor, and more frequently in the 'for sale' adds. "TA works" or "TA not working".

I don't think I'm a total greenhorn, but if I've heard this phrase before, it sure does not clilk now. What does TA mean?
