Not to cast a shadow on your project but you need to determine the impact that your state has on weighing items for resale. In many states it is illegal to sell without scales. You can charge a fee to load but you cannot sell by weight or cubic measure without state approved measuring equipment. Around here, for small operators for example, fill dirt is loaded at $5 per bucket and the truck driver/owner sells the load at a "delivery" price. The amount of dirt (in tons or cubic yards) is never entered into the price reflected on the bill. Knowing the size of your bucket will assist in determining the "loading" fee. Good luck.
