It sounds like you are going to be empty going east and loaded going west. Mounteagle use to be pretty hairy going east years ago but since they moved the east bound to the other side of the mountain it is not so bad.
Both sides are about 6% but they are long grades.
Just take your time; make sure your brakes are adjusted properly and you should not have any problems. Crossing Mounteagle is the only spot you would have to watch between Nashville and Atlanta.
