someone probally put the fluid in the tires to help uith a loaded scoop on the front,with a full scoop it makes the rearend light, and can get you stuck so you have to dump the scoop, i use fluid but i use antifreeze in to keep them from freezing , a 18.4x34 tire will be about 800 pounds full of water so its cheap weight i use 6 gallons of antifreeze per tire
