heating hydralics

takes forever to get my loader's hydralics moving.Today i picked up a magnetic block heater.Its 200w.I thought i could stick it on the reservoir.Any thoughts on a better location or how long to plug it in before i start the tractor?
Anybody tryied this?Any other solutions?
