I hope not.. but If you had to flush the PTO housing again, it might be leaking in from the Rear axle housing.. I also drained it and flushed it.. (I have a tank that I fill with diesel, and then hook the tank to compressed air and it sprays out under pressure.. ) I then ran it for a while.. checked it the next day, and the oil was as clean as I wanted (the level looked about the same, thought I didn't get all the diesel out.) so I changed it again.. (This was before you picked up the tractor.) But if you got the fuild right in the rearend, that should help..
