price is going to depend on your location. There are more cubs in some parts of the country than others.
Here, I would pay no more than $400 for a cub that needed that kind of work, and I would only pay that if the tires were good and it was complete. The implements do add some to the value, but not much. You can sell them to off set the purchase price (if you don't need them).
