The American Seeding Machine Co. Was formed in 1903 by the merger of seven manufacturers. Three of which were sold to International Harvester in 1919.
After the sale to IH, most of their manufacturing was done in Springfield, Ohio until 1-Apr-1929 When Oliver Corp. was formed.
