Does look a tad dry don't it? Looks like the shear bar needs to be reset as well. I know it's hard to get a good clean cut when it's that dry, espescially the husks. I try to reset the shear bar every day when we're really going, or atleast every other day when we're not going full tilt. Helps a lot with the husk when it's really dry.
Haven't had to use screens yet with the 3000, but we do have them.....
