There is a buzz or hum coming from the fuel tank on my wife's 2001 Mazda Tribute. I'm thinking it must be the fuel pump. Any tips on what to do or not do in replacing the fuel pump are appreciated. The car also started to run rough and idle fast just when the engine is cold. I don't know if the two are related problems. Thanks for any help you may have.
