Anyone ever play with running an older tractor on wood gas ? I remember a university in Tennessee (U T ?)that did some work on it several years back.Think they adapted it to a Farmall H or M ? Also farmers in Europe did the same in WW2.The wood is distilled in the process,driving off the combustable gas .
Thinking of a method of transportation should some idiot country explode one of those bombs that destroys the electric grid and all electronic gadgets including any vehicle circuit board.Maybe all these old tractors were saved for a purpose without us knowing why ?
