You will need to use bin jacks to take some sheets off and when you take the sheets off and have it up on jacks you back the trailer under it and let it down on trailer. throw some straps on it and go. Yes you can add another ring to it. Find out what gauge sheet you need by counting down from top and you do not need sheets from a 15 ft. dia. although that would be best. You can use 18 dia or even 21 ft. and start bolting them in on one side and they will spring into dia. you have.
