Where were you when Bush violated every part of it?
Recently spent a little time at the hospital and the health care workers there didn't like their health insurance.
Where in the Constitution, does it say that our health care is to be sponsored by the federal government?
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
As you can plainly see, the Consitution specifically says our government is to "promote" the general welfare of the people,... NOT to "dictate" general welfare, or to pentalize those who don't subsribe to a "government sponsored" health plan with threats of "fines and imprisonment".
Look in your dictionary for the definitions of "promote" and "dictate", they are NOT simular.
