I am looking for some advice on what I can get for a small electric heater for our well house. It is about 6'x16' and about 4' in the ground. It used to have an ancient baseboard heater in it, but when I rebuilt the upper part of the building I bought a little 1000 watt or so portable electric heater with a fan for about $20 at Lowes. It used less power and was handier. It only lasted two winters, and the thermostat quit. It is supposed to keep the temp around 40, so when it stays on all the time it is way too much. Has anyone had good luck with a portable heater that lasted well, or is two years just normal? Thank you very much. Zach
