Not that you want to hear it, but I"ve had 2 different dealers(one of which I ALMOST trust) tell me that the HM economy mowers have been nothing but trouble. I think they are actually made by Sitrex. One guess would be that maybe you actually using to much HP. The HM 236, which I think is the largest of economy mowers only requires a minimum of 50 pto hp. 130 might be a little much for that mower...just a guess I do know the older 61X series mowers were excellent machines, very heavy built, really overbuilt. Never really heard anyone complain about them.
