I had a verbal agreement to buy a portion of my Grandpa's farm exactly 10 years ago. Tractors that I have bought and sold for various reasons (most because I got tractor rich and money poor) include 1937 JD B long frame (lost money) 1942 JD B (lost money) 1949 Farmall C (lost a lot of money) 1949 Farmall M (broke even, sorta) 1944 Farmall H (actually turned a profit) 1951 Farmall H (lost money, needed cash) 1937 Farmall F20 (about broke even). I have currently owned for nearly 10 years a 1945 and 1946 Farmall H. My grandpa's 1941 Farmall H is in my barn but I do not have ownership yet. I also have a 1971 JD 4400 combine gasser (WILL BE LOSING A LOT OF MONEY) sitting on a lot in surburbia Indianapolis that I purchased 15 months ago.
