I had both , dish customer service was worthless wanted me to move tv around to find out if it was them or me , told them not going to happen,service call canceled 2x on me , 2x direct was in the yard hooking me up, they both go out in rainstorms you pay for channels you dont want to get what you like, and they both DOUBLE DIP you , paying to watch commericals, they know what you watch and they make sure it on a higher priced package, I feel rape every month when I pay the bill , with either one
