It is nothing new in VA. I've even thought about it myself - just for grins. I have a 3" pipe off the turbo and all the way back so I can't see that a stack would make it any louder. However, two 6 inch bull hauler stacks tell me that a truck is for show and not work. And yes I've had the CB with the whip antenna. At least you could talk on the CB and drive - way safer to grab the mike and holler for someone than to try to find their number in your cell phone. Things were simpler then, but I don't know about better...
