I have to agree with Dave2 on this one. My dad was in WWI and had to have his appendix removed while in France and his pension went through pretty quick because he had a hospital record no matter the reason according to the DAV and as far as I know that rule hasn"t changed. My dad told me after my auto accident while in the service will give me a gtreen light, he said I didn"t write the rule he said, first of all I have no intention of using the accident for bennies but if I want to get disability that works.
