Parts Problems

We are rebuilding a JD 2010 and we ordered parts from Detwiler Machinery Bonham Texas in April 2000 and to this day have not received any parts or the promised refund.Has anyone else had this problem or can they help us in any way or suggestions, as we live in Australia.
