If it's a front-mounted, crankshaft-driven pump, the "industry standard" is somewhere around a 13 GPM @ 2400 RPM pump for farm loaders, and 23 GPM @ 2400 RPM for industrial or HD loaders. Smaller pumps will work but the loaders will be very slow.
Keep in mind that the GPM rating means nothing unless expressed at a given RPM.
The only rating the means anything on its own is the cubic inch displacement per revolution.
Farm loaders usually have at least a 1.5 cubic inch pump. HD loaders at least a 2.4 cubic inch pump and loaders with backhoes 3 cubic inches at least.
My Ford 4000 loader has a 23 GPM. 2.6 c.i." My Deere 1010 loader has a 23 GPM. 2.6 c.i." My Deere 1020 loader has a 13 GPM. 1.4 c.i."(slow) My Deere 300 loader has a 24 GPM. 2.4 c.i." My IH 3414 loader has a 23 GPM. 2.6 c.i." MY Case 580CK loader has a 23 GPM. 2.6 c.i." My Oliver OC4 loader has a 23 GPM. 2.6 c.i." My IH B275 with loader has a 10 GPM (very slow). 1.4 c.i."

As simple as a box plow appears, it can be rather challenging to make work correctly. In our sandy soils of Florida, traction is king. You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
