If those are what you both consider fair values in your area for those tractors, then I wonder what his game is. What does he want with your 4020 if he could sell the IH for more money and then buy the 4020? Or... is there something about your 4020 that makes it worth more (and mabey you don't know and he does)? If you want a smaller tractor, why not just sell him the Deere and you go buy whatever tractor makes you happy? Leave his binder out of it... or does he need rid of the binder to swing the deal? That's what I wonder about. Why? What's in it for him?
