Depends on your perspective. Anything will sell when priced to the market. Doesn't matter if it's a house or a tractor. A guy hired me to buy him a tractor a few months ago. He's got $4000 burning a hole in his pocket and wants a tractor with hi-low range (or a very low 1st gear), three point hitch, live PTO, and a loader. Usually I'd had found many worth buying. But . . . just about every piece of junk I've looked at has an asking price starting at $4000 and none are what I'd call great condition. Not even close. I bought two such tractors this summer. Both 32 horse diesels, three point hitch, live hydraulics and PTO, hi-low range, and loaders. Paid $800 for one and $1200 for the other. Both ratty but ran and could be used. My point is . . . I see more tractors now, more then ever, with unrealistic prices on them. So yeah, those are not selling well. Same goes with overpriced real estate. I'll further note that I'm always looking for "deals." Every reasonably price tractor, hoe or dozer I've looked at sold fast.
