I enjoy snooping around. Where else can you buy a twenty foot 5/16 tie down chain for $20.
I just bought a bunch of furniture dollies and made mobile platforms for the heavy stuff like the Meteor snowblower. 12 x 18" with 360 swivel wheels. Just screwed three of them under some 3/4 plywood trimmed to size. You can't buy two of the wheels for the $8.00 I paid each.
The stuff does the job even if it doesn't last forever. How often does the average guy need a pipe wrench? I'd rather pay a few bucks and have it hanging on the wall for that occasion.
I admit I bought from them probably thirty years ago when it was mail order only. the free shipping back then was a big deal and the prices were incredible........... but now that they have retail stores all over the place .... it's still fun to look. You won't find another store with so much "junk" packed between the walls ........ almost like a garage sale.
