The 70 never had white as a color on it. The white wasn't introduced until the 3 digit models. That being said your seller either can't quite remember or isn't the original owner if it came with white wheels when he bought it. Wheels are a very easy thing to switch around, and I can guarantee that a 40 year old paint job can look like a factory done 60 year old paint job without too much difficulty.
