If you only have pressure up and gravity down, loosen the line that lets the oil out of the down side of the cylinder and see if the hitch goes down. If it does, that would tell you that the spool in the valve is stuck not letting the oil out of the cylinder. If it doesn"t, then something is trapping the oil in the cylinder. Could be that the spool is stuck in the up position. rw
