stan, having worked claims for some time with an insurance company, contact your agent and advise him. then have the agent set up an appointment with the claim office and have a claim adjuster inspect and photo graph your car to document the lack of damage. if the other party tries to push the issue, your insurance company will go to court for you with THEIR documentation to show the judge. they will handle all the investigations for you, you wont need to do anything else.
