I have an 822. Is the dash the new style or old, does the 822 have 2-12 volt batteries with a black box between them-series/parallel switch. Usually, the problem is the series/parallel switch between the batteries clean the contacts then good to go. If wires were cut first check if power is getting from the key switch to the neutral safety switch by the shift. Next, check for power at the center terminal at the PC-802 starter relay next to the hydraulic tank. Finally, power should go from the C terminal of the starter relay to the starter and series/parallel switch. When I got my 822 the previous owner bypassed the safety features for unknown reasons, it took me a while to get it right again. It is hard to find the right wires because it seems Belarus tractors were made with one wire size and color. Good luck. Let me know if I can help. Mark
